HOW TO MAKE THE FIRST APPOINTMENT

We will adapt as much as possible to Your daily and weekly schedule to arrange the time that suits You best.
When arranging the appointment, please state the main reason for coming or which of the procedures we offer interests You (for example, orthodontics, implants, fillings, periodontal problems, whitening, aesthetic procedures: veneers, crowns etc.).
We also kindly ask You to provide us with Your phone number so we could notify You of any changes.
If You are coming from abroad (Slovenia, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria) for larger procedures involving implants and prosthesis, we understand that You can only spend a limited amount of time in Croatia and require detailed planning. In order for Your visit to be as pleasant as possible, it is necessary to schedule the appointment 14 days prior to Your arrival in Croatia.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

During the first appointment, which is free of charge, one of our doctors will give You an expert opinion and an initial evaluation of the current situation. We are pleased to answer all Your questions and explain each step of the therapy in detail. After the initial evaluation, we will provide You with an integral therapy plan and a cost estimate customized to Your wishes and abilities.
If You come from the European Union, You can submit the therapy plan and cost estimate to Your health insurance and get partial compensation for the treatment costs.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

The first appointment is free of charge. Payments are possible in cash or by credit card: we accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Maestro and Diners.
More extensive reconstructive procedures, as well as orthodontic treatments, can be paid in several installments, as agreed upon.
